The highly anticipated Harry Potter series on HBO has announced nine new additions to its cast. The new stars will play iconic roles such as Molly Weasley, Draco and Lucius Malfoy, Petunia and Vernon Dursley, Minister of Magic Cornelius Fudge, and Hogwarts students Parvati Patil, Seamus Finnigan, and Lavender Brown.
The cast includes Rivals star Katherine Parkinson as Molly Weasley, Lox Pratt as Draco Malfoy, and Johnny Flynn as Lucius Malfoy. Bel Powley will play Petunia Dursley, while Daniel Rigby will play Vernon Dursley.
Additionally, Bertie Carvel will play Cornelius Fudge, Leo Earley will play Seamus Finnigan, Alessia Leoni will play Parvati Patil, and Sienna Moosah will play Lavender Brown.

The new cast members join the previously announced leading trio, Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger, and Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley.
In a press release, showrunner Francesca Gardiner and executive producer Mark Mylod said they were "delighted to announce we have found our Harry, Hermione, and Ron" following an "extraordinary search" for the iconic roles.
The series is a faithful adaptation of J.K. Rowling's bestselling books, with each book getting its own season. The cast is growing, and fans can't wait to see their favorite characters come to life on screen.
