Sasha Farber and Jenn Tran are going their separate ways. The pair, who struck up a romance after competing on season 33 of Dancing with the Stars, have officially split after nearly a year of dating, a source confirms to PEOPLE.
Despite the split, the source says Farber and Tran — who never publicly confirmed their romance, but often teased their chemistry on social media — remain "very good friends."
The DWTS pro, 40, and the former Bachelorette, 27, met in September 2024 after she joined the cast of the ABC dance competition following the end of her engagement to Devin Strader.
Speculation about the couple's off-camera relationship grew after she shared a TikTok of them taking a break from the dance studio to ride a swan boat at L.A.'s Echo Park before Disney Night.
Following their adventure, Tran jokingly asked Farber, "After this one-on-one date, how do you feel? Do you think you're gonna get the rose tonight, Sash?"
During that week's show, host Julianne Hough pressed Farber and Tran about whether their chemistry impacted their dancing, to which Tran replied, "We trust each other so much, we know each other so well, so that's why this works so well."
When Tran asked Farber how he felt about their partnership, he admitted, "From the first day I met you, I feel like I've known you a long, long time."

Following her elimination on the "Halloween Nightmares" episode on Oct. 29, the reality star reflected on her experience on the show — including meeting Farber.
"All the people that I've met have been so kind. I truly felt like a part of the family here," she shared at the time. "So, I'm walking away with a new family that I didn't know that I had, and such an incredible man who I got to meet by twist of fate."
“We weren't even supposed to be on the show this season,” she added. “So I'm just so happy.”
Two days after her elimination, the former Bachelorette teased on TikTok that her connection with Farber might have extended beyond the ballroom.
“Private rehearsals starting ASAP #DWTS,” she shared alongside the clip of her knocking on Farber’s door. When the door opens, her DWTS partner greets her with a giant smile before she wraps her arm around him.
The pair later reunited for a flirty number during the DWTS finale — and nearly shared a kiss. The duo danced alongside Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko to the song "Reunited" by Peaches & Herb, a nod to the audience's interest in both pairs' rumored "showmances."

However, the pair proved their relationship was more than a showmance when they celebrated together at co-host Alfonso Ribeiro and his wife, Angela Ribeiro, for their 10th Annual DWTS Thanksgiving Feast. The celebration also included their castmates including Farber's ex-wife and fellow pro Emma Slater as well as Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov and Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson.
Angela dubbed the pair the “cutest couple” in an Instagram post.
They continued to appear on each other's social media in the months that followed.
