Demi Engemann, the star of the popular Hulu series, has confirmed that she had a nose job done six years ago. The 30-year-old reality star opened up about her plastic surgery experience, revealing that the "bump" in her old nose "drove me nuts" and led her to undergo a partial rhinoplasty with board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. John Bitner.
Engemann, who made her full-time cast debut in season 2 of the show, shared a photo of her after the surgery on Instagram Stories, saying that Dr. Bitner "did a phenomenal job." The mom of one and influencer has been open about her relationship with plastic surgery in the past, having posted social media videos about her breast augmentation in 2024.
In a TikTok video posted in March last year, Engemann showed her post-op chest covered in a bandage, saying that her plastic surgeon gave her the perfect breasts and instructed her husband, former football player Brett Engemann, not to touch them for two weeks. She later revealed that she got high-profile 385cc implants.
Engemann is not the only one on the cast who has spilled her plastic surgery secrets. Her costar Layla Taylor said that she's probably the "most obsessed" with plastic surgery out of all her castmates. The 23-year-old confessed to having a slew of cosmetic procedures since filming season 1 of the show, including a breast augmentation, nose job, tummy tuck, lip filler, chin filler, and Botox.
Taylor, who got divorced at a young age, said that she wanted to regain confidence as a young mother of two. However, in a recent podcast interview, she revealed that she's thinking about removing her implants from the previous boob job, saying that she wants to wear a sports bra and not look like a "hoochie mama."
