Henry Cavill and his girlfriend Natalie Viscuso were spotted together at the Taormina Film Festival in Italy on Wednesday, June 11, marking their first public outing since welcoming their first child together.

The couple, who have been dating since 2021, looked stylish as they walked arm-in-arm, with Cavill wearing a black tuxedo and Viscuso opting for a floor-length pale orange dress paired with open-toed shoes.

This rare public outing comes six months after a source confirmed to PEOPLE that Cavill and Viscuso had welcomed their first baby together. Although they have not shared any information about their baby's name, sex, or birthdate, they were photographed with a baby stroller in January.

Cavill and Viscuso went public with their relationship in April 2021, when they shared a photo of themselves playing chess together on Instagram. They made their red carpet debut together in October 2022 at the Enola Holmes 2 premiere. Cavill confirmed that they were expecting a child together in April 2024.

Cavill celebrated Father's Day for the first time as a father-to-be on June 16, 2024, when he asked his Instagram followers for tips on parenting. He and Viscuso rarely post photos together on social media, but they stepped out in Australia for the 2025 AACTA Awards on February 7.

Cavill has been keeping busy with his acting career, appearing in three movies in 2024, including the spy movies Argylle and Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, and making a cameo as a version of Hugh Jackman's X-Men character Wolverine in last year's superhero hit Deadpool & Wolverine.
