Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson is planning a birthday party that she shares with her late sister Anna Cardwell, who passed away in December 2023 from stage 4 adrenal carcinoma at the age of 29.

In an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming episode of Mama June: Family Crisis, Alana is debating whether to invite her entire family to celebrate her 19th birthday, which also falls on what would have been her late sister's 'dirty 30'."

Alana explains that she wants to do something to remember her sister by, and she wants to do something that Anna would want her to do to celebrate them together. She suggests releasing doves to symbolize their lives and to honor Anna's memory.

However, Alana's boyfriend Dralin Carswell is hesitant about inviting her family because of the "drama" they bring. Dralin warns that Alana's family is always drama, and he doesn't think it's a good idea to invite them to the celebration.

Alana agrees that her family can be drama, but she thinks it's important to have the whole family together on such a difficult day. She wants to tribune Anna on her birthday as a family.

Despite Dralin's concerns, Alana is determined to make this birthday special and to honor her sister's memory. She hopes that her family will put aside their differences and come together to celebrate her birthday.
