Slash Celebrates Son Cash's 21st Birthday with Heartfelt Message and Throwback Photo

Guns N' Roses legend Slash is beaming with pride as his son Cash Hudson turns 21, and he's marking the milestone birthday with a sweet Instagram post.

The iconic guitarist took to social media on Monday, June 23, to share a heartfelt message and a throwback photo of himself and Cash.

"Happy Birthday #CashHudson! I can't believe you're 21 already! You're a magnificently brilliant human being. & I love you with all my might. Have a great Birthday! iii]; )' " Slash wrote alongside the photo.

The throwback image shows Slash holding a young Cash, who's sporting a temporary tattoo and holding an orange-colored beverage. The photo is a testament to the close bond between the father-son duo.

Slash shares Cash with his ex-wife Perla Ferrar, whom he was married to from 2001 to 2018. The pair also has another son, London Emilio Hudson, 22.

In a past interview with The Guardian, Slash opened up about how he maintains a close relationship with his sons, saying, "Having children is still changing me... I'm the eternal teenager, so having my two boys is kind of like having a couple of buddies around."

Cash's milestone birthday comes after a difficult year for Slash, who lost his stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight in 2024.
