The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival has announced that it will be offering full refunds to fans who were left disappointed after the festival was canceled due to weather conditions.

The festival, which was scheduled to take place from June 12 to 15, was canceled on Friday, June 13, due to severe weather conditions. Initially, the festival organizers had announced that fans would receive refunds of 75% of their purchases, but many fans were unhappy with this decision and signed a petition demanding a full refund.

In response to the backlash, the festival organizers have now decided to offer full refunds to fans who purchased tickets through Front Gate Tickets, including all one-day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday admission tickets, all one-day day parking, all four-day admission tickets, and all four-day camping accommodations.

In a statement, the festival organizers expressed their apologies for the cancellation and thanked fans for their patience and perseverance. "Our main goal is to give you the most memorable weekend of your lives every year," the statement read. "This cancellation broke our hearts beyond measure, but we knew it had to happen for your safety. Thank you for your patience and perseverance through this difficult situation."

The festival has also launched a survey to gather feedback from fans on potential new dates for the festival. The survey asks fans about their preferences for the time of year and how it affects their experience at the festival.

Disappointed Fans React

Fans who were looking forward to attending the festival were left disappointed and frustrated by the cancellation. Many took to social media to express their disappointment and frustration.

However, with the announcement of full refunds, fans are now breathing a sigh of relief. "I'm so relieved that Bonnaroo is offering full refunds," said one fan. "I was really looking forward to attending the festival, but I understand that safety comes first."

Another fan added, "I'm still disappointed that the festival was canceled, but I appreciate the organizers for listening to our concerns and offering full refunds. It's a big relief."
