Lopez's AMAs Hosting Debut

Lopez made her hosting debut at the American Music Awards on Monday, May 26, and delivered a show-stopping opening number. She performed 23 songs in six minutes, including her 2012 hit "Dance Again."

Sporting a shimmering nude jumpsuit, she also surprised the audience when she kissed the dancers in the epic opener.

Ahead of the awards show, Lopez opened up to PEOPLE about the artist she was most excited to see perform — Janet Jackson, who was honored with the ICON Award.

“I want to see all of them, [but] obviously I’m a huge Janet fan,” she said. “I’m excited to see Janet. I haven’t seen her in years, and I’m glad that she’s being celebrated, too.”
