Diddy's Former Assistant Testifies He Took Her Phone and Taunted Her with Naked Photos

Sean "Diddy" Combs' former assistant, testifying under the pseudonym "Mia," claimed in court on Thursday that the music mogul took her phone and threatened to use compromising photos against her.

Mia told the court that Combs ran into a bathroom with her phone after he asked why she was walking so close to him. She testified that she had no such pictures and that she knew Combs was lying and didn't send anything to his phone.

The former assistant also alleged that Combs insulted her, making her feel "terrified" and "humiliated." She testified that she didn't know why she deserved it and made excuses for him in her head.

Mia worked for Combs from 2009 to 2017 and said her role included reading his mood each day because it dictated everything. She also alleged that Combs sexually assaulted her and witnessed him beating his ex-girlfriend Casandra "Cassie" Ventura.

Combs is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, and has pleaded not guilty. His trial, which began with opening statements on May 12, is now anticipated to last five weeks rather than the originally planned six weeks.
