Zoe Saldana beamed with pride as she walked the red carpet with her three sons, twins Bowie and Cy, 10, and her youngest, Zen, 8, at the Elio world premiere on Tuesday, June 10. The actress, 46, wore a brown turtleneck blouse with a mustard pencil skirt, pairing the look with brown shoes and a bold red lip. Her boys looked dapper in their navy blazers, white button-downs, dark blue jeans, and sneakers.

The mom of three had previously revealed that she gets "cool points" from her sons for doing children's movies. In an interview on Good Morning America on June 4, Saldana spoke about working on the Disney film geared towards kids.

"Since becoming a parent, incorporating what I do — my art — into a genre that caters to children has always been a great interest to me," Saldana explained. "And I get to relate to them, and I also get some mad cool points as a mom."

Saldana also shared that her sons comes after she revealed that she gets "cool points" from them for doing children's movies. While appearing on Good Morning America on June 4, Saldana spoke in detail about working on the Disney film geared towards kids.

The Honey star revealed that she got the stamp of approval from her boys, whom she shares with her husband Marco Perego.

The actress revealed to PEOPLE that she now plans on devoting her downtime to her family.

"When the moment everything was over, I just really just wanted to go back home and just take my kids to school and be a little more present in their lives because they took this leap of faith with me — my whole family did — and I wanted to catch up on this time," she admitted. "It's through their eyes that I'm able to understand the impact of being recognized for this [and] what it means for us and for anybody. It's just so great."

Elio, directed by Adrian Molina, centers around a space fanatic with an active imagination who finds himself on a cosmic misadventure where he must form new bonds with alien lifeforms, navigate a crisis of intergalactic proportions, and somehow discover who he is truly meant to be. The film stars alongside Yonas Kibreab and Remy Edgerly.

Elio will arrive in theaters on June 20.
