Scott Wolf has spoken out about his divorce from his wife Kelley, just hours after she revealed the news on Instagram. The 57-year-old actor shared a heartfelt statement, calling the decision "the most difficult of my life" and revealing he filed for divorce.

"After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley," he said. "Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter."

Scott and Kelley, who met in 2002 and tied the knot in 2004, share three children together: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.

Kelley announced the split on Instagram, saying she had made the decision "with a heavy heart" and that she would not speak publicly about the details. She praised Scott as a father and partner, saying he is "kind, thoughtful, funny, and beautiful in spirit."

The news comes after both Scott and Kelley shared hints about their struggles on social media in recent months. Kelley previously confessed that she almost left the marriage last year, and Scott shared a cryptic post about navigating "darkness" and finding "peace."
