Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson made a stylish entrance at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, but their glamorous moment was briefly interrupted by a wardrobe malfunction.
The incident occurred when Pattinson, 39, accidentally stepped on Lawrence's elegant Dior gown, which took 250 hours to create, according to Vogue. The dress, modeled after a Poulenc design crafted by the fashion house in 1949, featured a stunning train that extended from the skirt hem.

However, the Twilight star quickly realized his mistake and stepped off the skirt hem, allowing Lawrence to continue posing for photos. The two actors laughed off the mishap and continued to charm the paparazzi.
Lawrence, 34, stunned in her Dior gown, which marked her first major outing since welcoming her second baby with husband Cooke Maroney earlier this year. She completed her look with red lipstick and an updo.

The actors were attending the premiere of their new film, Die, My Love, directed by Scottish filmmaker Lynne Ramsay. The movie is an adaptation of the 2017 novel by Ariana Harwicz and centers around Lawrence's character, who becomes "engulfed by love and madness." Pattinson portrays Lawrence's husband in the film, while LaKeith Stanfield plays her lover.
Following the movie's premiere, the duo received a nine-minute standing ovation.
