Congratulations are in order for Adam David, who was crowned the winner of season 27 of The Voice on Tuesday, May 20! The victory marked two consecutive wins for coach Michael Bublé.
In a heartwarming moment, Bublé jumped out of his seat and ran up to hug the singer, who was overcome with emotion.
"I love you, man," Bublé told David before he was crowned season 27 champ. "You're my kind of artist... Congratulations, I knew you'd get here."
David beat out fellow contestants Jadyn Cree, Jaelen Johnston, Lucia Flores Wiseman, and RENZO to take the top spot.
Adam David, who was born and raised, started playing guitar at a young age. He's been open about his journey with addiction on the show — and said that music helped him through tough times.
Now, David is six years sober and performs at rehabilitation centers every week, hoping to inspire others.

During his blind audition, only Bublé turned his chair, but he continued to believe in him throughout the season.
In the semi-finals, David was not in the Top 4 and had to sing for an instant save — which ultimately placed him in the finale.
