The highly anticipated sequel to the 2006 film, The Devil Wears Prada, has officially started production, 20th Century Studios announced on Monday, June 30.
The original cast, including Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Stanley Tucci, and Emily Blunt, are all set to reprise their roles in the sequel. Kenneth Branagh has also joined the cast as the husband to iconic magazine editor Miranda Priestly (Streep).

The news was confirmed by the studio with an Instagram post featuring a video of two red, forked pump heels from the cover of the original movie, along with the caption "The Devil Wears Prada 2. Now in production. 🎥👠".
Fans of the original film are eagerly awaiting the sequel, which promises to bring back the same level of style, drama, and humor that made the first film a hit.
