According to the documents, Jackson also alleged that she experienced domestic violence throughout their relationship, including a six-month period where she was abused weekly. She claimed that he would choke her, scratch her, and slam her head into walls.

In addition to physical abuse, Jackson alleged that Burgin damaged her personal property, including an iPhone and a television. She also claimed that he demanded she drink bleach to kill their unborn child while she was pregnant and held her at knifepoint.

At one point, Jackson claimed that Burgin threatened to stab her in the stomach if she cried out for help while walking her to her car.
