The stage adaptation of the 2010 fan-favorite film will begin performances July 10 at London's Savoy Theatre, directed and choreographed by YouTube sensation and American Idol alum Todrick Hall.

The musical will follow Ali as she discovers an underground club where sequins, seduction, and sisterhood reign supreme, though the action moves from Los Angeles to New York City, where Ali is searching for her mother.

Meet the Cast

Original songs from the movie penned by Aguilera, Sia, and Diane Warren like "Welcome to Burlesque," "Express," "Show Me How You Burlesque," "Bound to You" and "You Haven't Seen the Last of Me" will all be featured in the stage show, alongside new music by Hall and newcomer Jess Folley.

Folley will lead the cast as Ali, the small-town girl with a big voice, alongside Broadway star and Tony nominee Orfeh who will play Tess, the no-nonsense club owner made famous on screen by Cher.

Other cast members include Olivier Award winner George Maguire as Vince, Asha Parker Wallace as Nikki, and Paul Jacob French as Jackson.

Todrick Hall will also have a role in the musical, playing club stage manager Sean, Stanley Tucci's character in the film.

Christina Aguilera is executive producing the stage musical, alongside producers Adam Paulden & Jason Haigh-Ellery, Sue Gilad & Larry Rogowsky, Steven Antin, and Clint Culpepper.
