If you're a fan of 'Ted Lasso', you'll love Apple TV+'s latest sitcom 'Stick', which premiered on June 4, 2025. Owen Wilson plays Pryce "Stick" Cahill, a once-celebrated golfer whose career ended in a shaming viral moment. Now, he's divorced and barely scraping by giving lessons at a club.

The show follows Stick as he discovers a 17-year-old golf prodigy, Santi (Peter Dager), who could be the next Tiger Woods. Stick becomes Santi's coach, aiming to take him on the road and all the way to tournament glory.

The show also stars Judy Greer, Timothy Olyphant, Peter Dager, Lilli Mariana Treviño, and Marc Maron. The first three episodes are now streaming on Apple TV+.

'Stick' is a sports saga with serious stakes, but it's also a show about emotional relationships and finding hope in the darkest of times. Owen Wilson shines as Stick, bringing his signature drawl and optimism to the role.
