Get ready, Nashville! Post Malone is taking over the city with a brand new entertainment venue, set to open in Lower Broadway.

The "Circles" singer has partnered with TC Restaurant Group to create a 26,000-square-foot space that promises to be the largest floor footprint on Broadway. The venue will feature six bars, three stages, a full-service dining room, and a rooftop.

"We've created a space where everyone can come together and kick some ass. Nashville has really become a second home for me, so I can't wait to invite y'all over to my house," Malone said in a press release.

The venue is currently under construction, with plans to "remaster the spaces while preserving historical architecture." Once finished, it will be a must-visit destination for fans of the 29-year-old singer, who is currently on the road for The Big Ass Stadium Tour with Jelly Roll.

Malone's music has been making waves in the industry, and his latest studio album, F-1 Trillion, has been a huge success. The album includes his No. 1 single "I Had Some Help" with Morgan Wallen, as well as "Pour Me a Drink" with Blake Shelton, "Guy for That" with Luke Combs, and "What Don't Belong to Me."

In a recent interview with Apple Music's Today's Country Radio with Kelleigh Bannen, Malone opened up about how he was embraced by the country music community. "It's really nice meeting people in Nashville that made me feel so welcome and new friends and kind of building new stuff," he revealed. "And for once I'm not sad anymore. I'm happy, very happy."
