Miley Cyrus appears to have subtly shared her thoughts on her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, in a recent autograph for a fan. The singer, 32, signed a vinyl copy of her new album Something Beautiful with a message that has sparked interest among fans.

The Autograph

A fan, who shares the same name as the Hunger Games actor, 35, shared a photo on X of the signed vinyl, captioning it "Miley writing 'the Best Liam' on my vinyl 😊". The "End of the World" singer wrote the message in black cursive on the left corner of the record.

The fan also shared a snap with Cyrus that appeared to be from the signing, captioning it "me when I'm the best Liam".

The Background

Cyrus and Hemsworth initially met in 2009 on the set of the movie adaptation of the popular Nicholas Sparks novel, The Last Song. After filming, the pair confirmed their romance during a PDA-filled goodbye at the airport.

Over the years, they had an on-again, off-again relationship before Hemsworth proposed in 2012. Cyrus and Hemsworth then ended their engagement and broke up a year later, before reconciling in 2015.

The former couple became closer than ever after their beloved Malibu home burned down in the previous months during the California wildfires.

The Divorce

In August 2019, Hemsworth filed for divorce, and the two eventually reached an official settlement and finalized their split in early 2020.
