Los Angeles Sparks star Kelsey Plum had a lighthearted moment with a fan at a recent game against the Chicago Sky on June 29. The fan, wearing a Caitlin Clark Indiana Fever t-shirt, caught Plum's attention, and she jokingly told the fan to "do better" and handed her a new L.A. Sparks t-shirt.
The interaction comes just days after a heated exchange between Plum and Clark during a game between the Sparks and the Indiana Fever on June 26. Clark, who was out with a groin injury, was arguing with referees from the sidelines, and Plum appeared to urge them to give Clark a technical foul.

On Sunday night, Plum led the Sparks in scoring with 22 points, but they ultimately lost to the Sky, 92-85. The defeat dropped the Sparks to a 5-12 record, second-to-last in the Western conference.
In a halftime ceremony on Sunday night, the Sparks honored longtime star Candace Parker, who retired in 2024. Parker led the Sparks to two finals and one championship during her 12-year run in Los Angeles.
The Sparks will next face the reigning WNBA champions, the New York Liberty, on Thursday, July 3, before meeting Clark and the Fever again on Saturday, July 5.
