Mike "The Bodysnatcher" McCallum, a legendary Jamaican boxer, has passed away at the age of 68. According to reports, McCallum fell ill while driving to the gym in Las Vegas on May 31 and pulled off the road. He was later found unresponsive and declared dead. The official cause of death has not been revealed.
McCallum was a hall-of-fame fighter who held world titles in three different weight classes. His career included a total of 55 fights, of which he won 49, lost five, and tied one. Out of his 49 wins, 36 were "knockouts" - which left his opponents unable to stand back up after a count to 10.
A Legendary Career
