Gretchen Rossi is back on The Real Housewives of Orange County after a 12-year hiatus, and she's not holding back. In the season 19 trailer, Gretchen shares an NSFW story with her fiancé Slade Smiley and castmate Emily Simpson.

The engaged couple reveals that one night in the bedroom resulted in an injury, with Gretchen admitting, "I broke his penis for real." Slade confirms the story with a knowing nod, and Gretchen demonstrates the injury by bending her finger down.

The trailer also teases Gretchen's return to the franchise, which includes revisiting old feuds, particularly with Tamra Judge. The two seem to be going head-to-head once more, with Tamra yelling, "For 12 years you've been going after me." Gretchen retorts, "It's not the same thing."

The season 19 trailer also features Emily Simpson telling Tamra, "Gretchen said you had an affair," which leads to a dramatic confrontation between the two.

Gretchen returns to the show as a "friend of" the season 19 cast, which includes Emily, Shannon Beador, Heather Dubrow, Tamra Judge, Gina Kirschenheiter, Jennifer Pedranti, and Katie Ginella.
