Allison Holker, 37, recently shared that she had a breast augmentation surgery, also known as a boob job, after wanting the procedure since high school. In a recent episode of her podcast "Between Us", co-hosted with her 16-year-old daughter Weslie, Holker explained that she finally decided to prioritize her own needs.

Holker, a So You Think You Can Dance alum, shared that she had been wanting breast implants since high school, but due to her dancing career, she never made time for it. However, after having three kids and not dancing as much as she used to, she decided it was the right time to do something for herself.

Holker said that she had been researching the procedure for a long time and was worried about the healing process, but after actually getting it done, she realized it was not as big of a deal as she thought it would be. She added that she needed a little bit of encouragement after going through a lot in the past couple of years, and this procedure helped boost her confidence.

Holker also shared that having conversations with her daughter Weslie about the procedure was really helpful and now she's happy with the results. She emphasized the importance of prioritizing oneself and doing something for oneself.
