Yungblud, the 27-year-old English pop-punk musician, has opened up about an infamous photo with Billie Eilish at Coachella in 2019, revealing that he accidentally exposed himself in the snap.
In a recent interview on Lottie Moss' Dream On podcast, Yungblud, whose real name is Dominic Harrison, shared the story behind the photo, which has been widely circulated online.
"I wear leather pants, obviously, right? And often I don't wear underwear," Yungblud explained. "So, right, I'm at Coachella, and it's hot in leather pants. I go to a record label party, and I've changed my shorts, but I've not got any underwear on."
Yungblud continued, "And I'm just like, 'Alright, okay, I've got to be careful here because I've got shorts on.' Someone's like, 'Yo, Billie, Yungblud, get together.' Describing Eilish as a "legend" in his eyes, he said, "For some f---ing reason, they're like, 'Yo, take a picture.' And I bend down to take a picture, and I'm, like, 19 years old. And my knob falls down the side of my leg."
Yungblud recalled seeing the photo published in a magazine and wondering, "How has someone not gone, 'Hang on a sec. His f---ing knob's down the side of his leg?' "
While Yungblud and Eilish haven't collaborated on music, they have crossed paths at Coachella in 2019, and Yungblud even appeared in Eilish's 2022 Overheated documentary.
Yungblud is set to release his next album, Idols, on June 20, featuring his two latest singles, "Hello Heaven, Hello" and "Lovesick Lullaby."
