The beloved comedy series is back! Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro are reprising their iconic roles as Greg Focker and his intimidating father-in-law Jack Byrnes in Meet the Parents 4. The new installment is set to hit theaters in November 2026. But that's not all - Ariana Grande is joining the cast!
The Plot Thickens
While plot details are still under wraps, Robert De Niro revealed that he's read a "pretty good" version of the script. The original Meet the Parents follows Greg's disastrous meet-cute with his girlfriend Pam's family, including her eccentric parents Jack and Dina. The sequels, Meet the Fockers and Little Fockers, introduced Greg's quirky parents and followed the Focker family as they navigated marriage, parenthood, and more.
The Cast Returns
Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro are back, and they're not alone! Blythe Danner and Teri Polo are expected to reprise their roles as Dina and Pam. Ariana Grande is the newest addition to the cast, reportedly playing the fiancée of Greg and Pam's son. Her role comes on the heels of her Oscar-nominated performance in Wicked: Part One, which hits theaters in November 2025.
Behind the Camera
John Hamburg, who co-wrote the first three installments, is set to direct and pen the script for Meet the Parents 4. De Niro, Stiller, John Lesher, Jane Rosenthal, and Jay Roach, who directed the first three movies, are among the list of co-producers.
The Release Date
Mark your calendars! Meet the Parents 4 premieres in theaters on November 25, 2026.
