Kristin Cavallari has opened up about her experience filming her reality show 'Very Cavallari' at her Uncommon James office, revealing that it attracted the wrong type of employee.

In a recent episode of PEOPLE's Reality Rewatch, Cavallari reflected on the ups and downs of her TV career, including the explosive scenes from 'Very Cavallari' that showed her arguing with her employees. One particular scene from season 1 showed her screaming at her former social media manager, Shannon Ford, after Ford failed to add links to shop the products featured in photos.

Cavallari explained that she wishes she hadn't lost her temper in that moment, but it was a culmination of frustrations. She also acknowledged that the incident was a huge launch day for Uncommon James, and the tension between her and Ford continued to build, ultimately leading to Ford's firing in the season 2 premiere.

Despite the challenges, Cavallari said she's proud to have inspired other entrepreneurs and founders by documenting the development of her company. She received positive feedback from other founders who appreciated the raw and unglamorous moments shown on the show.

However, Cavallari noted that filming the show at her office attracted the wrong type of employee, who were more interested in being on camera than doing their job. She's grateful for the show, which catapulted Uncommon James to the next level, but she's happy to no longer have cameras in the office.

Today, Cavallari has a new team that doesn't care about being on camera, and she's focusing on her new documentary series 'Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour' on E!.
