The drama began when Victoria allegedly declined to make Nicola's wedding dress, leading to Nicola being "painted as a brat" for not wearing a Victoria Beckham design to her wedding, instead choosing a custom Valentino dress.

However, a second insider has disputed the claim, stating that the dress story is "far from the truth" and that the Beckhams have tried to maintain a positive relationship with Nicola despite the challenges.

The drama escalated when Nicola wore a yellow silk ruffled midi dress from Victoria's spring and summer 2020 collection for her engagement photos with Brooklyn in July 2020.

Despite the rumors, Nicola has denied any drama over the wedding dress, telling Variety that there was no clash over the wedding dress whatsoever, despite the persistent rumors.

The relationship between Victoria and Nicola has been strained since Brooklyn and Nicola's wedding in 2022, with rumors of a family rift brewing after Brooklyn and Nicola were absent from David's early 50th birthday celebrations in March.

However, a source close to the Peltz family has revealed that the relationship is not beyond repair, and that the family loves and is always there for Brooklyn, despite the tensions.

The drama escalated further when Victoria allegedly hijacked a special dance at Brooklyn's 2022 Palm Beach, Fla., wedding to Nicola, leaving Nicola in tears.

However, a source who attended the wedding has disputed the claim, stating that the evening played out differently, with Marc Anthony's performance coming much later in the evening.
