Justin Bieber, 31, took to Instagram to share a heated text exchange with a friend, revealing that he's "traumatized" and "broken."

Bieber shared screengrabs of his conversation with the unidentified friend, accusing them of asking him to "suppress" his emotions. "Asking a traumatized person not to be traumatized is simply mean," he wrote.

The singer went on to express his anger, stating that it's a response to the pain he's been through. He also mentioned that he's not willing to suppress his emotions for someone else's comfort.

The conversation ended with Bieber announcing that the friendship was over, stating that he won't accept someone calling his anger "lashing out." He also sent a middle finger emoji and blocked the friend.

Following the text exchange, Bieber shared a video on his Instagram Stories, shaking his head with the caption "How I feel about u." He also shared a post directed at those who offer unsolicited advice, saying that their concern comes across as "oppressive" and "weirdo."

The Singer's Struggle with Anger Issues

Bieber opened up about his anger issues, stating that he's exhausted from trying to grow and change. He expressed his frustration, saying that the more he tries to fix himself, the more tired and angry he becomes.

He mentioned that Jesus is the only person who makes him want to make his life about others, because he's exhausted with thinking about himself lately.

The candid posts came amid Father's Day celebrations. Bieber and his wife Hailey welcomed their first child, son Jack Blues Bieber, in August 2024. He shared a selfie on Father's Day, captioned "I'm a dad that's not to be f----- with."

Bieber also revealed that he and Hailey returned home on Sunday, June 15, after going away for a date night. He received several gifts to mark his first Father's Day, including an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch, two Prada backpacks, and an Apple laptop.
