Kristin Cavallari Opens Up About Chaotic Laguna Beach Reunion

Published: June 17, 2025

Kristin Cavallari, 38, has shared her honest thoughts about her recent reunion with her costars from the hit reality show Laguna Beach. The reunion, which took place during her Let's Be Honest podcast tour, was captured live on camera for her E! docuseries, Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour.

In the June 17 episode of her podcast, Cavallari revealed that the reunion felt "chaotic" and that she realized she is more sensitive than she thought. "Being on stage with Laguna, it did feel chaotic," she said. "This is my first live podcast tour. I've never done this before, so I'm very hard on myself."

The reunion also featured alums from the show, including Lala Olsen, Jason Wahler, Alex Murrell, Talan Torriero, and Jess Revans. However, things didn't exactly go as planned, with Cavallari jokingly saying that Torriero's longer hair made him look like "a bad boy."

Torriero then joked, "I'm slowly turning into a Montana boy," referring to Cavallari's ex, Montana Boyz TikTok member Mark Estes. Cavallari's reaction to the remark was seen in real-time on her docuseries, and she admitted that her emotions appeared more "amped up" than they truly were.

"So, yes, that is my very real reaction coming off stage," she said on the podcast. "My reactions to Talon during the show were very much amped up. I mean, you'll hear it in the podcast episode. You know, him saying the Montana boys, I wasn't like, 'Oh my god.' Like, I think I probably laughed."

Cavallari also spoke about having empathy for her Laguna Beach costars, noting that speaking live in front of a large audience isn't for everyone. "The people who do not do this stuff, being able to get up on stage and do this in front of a thousand people and cameras," she said, is difficult.
