A source close to the Peltz family has revealed that Brooklyn Beckham, 26, and his wife Nicola Peltz, 30, were left hurt after Brooklyn's mother Victoria, 51, allegedly hijacked the first dance at their 2022 wedding.

The source claims that tensions between the couple finally came to a head after Victoria ruined the first dance, which was meant to be a special moment for Brooklyn and Nicola.

According to the source, Marc Anthony, a friend of the Beckhams, offered to perform at the wedding as a gift. However, before the song began, Marc Anthony announced, "The most beautiful woman in the room tonight, come on up...Victoria Beckham!"

The source alleges that Nicola felt that Victoria ruined the special moment and couldn't understand why she did it.

The entire room was left in shock, with one source saying, "It was such a jaw-dropping moment that it left the whole room in absolute shock — you could hear a pin drop."

Guests were even more surprised when Victoria began slow dancing with her son, Brooklyn. The source adds that it was an "inappropriate" moment, which saw Nicola run from the room crying.

Brooklyn and Nicola have reportedly found support from Peltz's family, with Nicola saying, "Family is everything to me, and I mean that with my whole heart."

The incident has added to an ongoing rift between Brooklyn, Nicola, and his parents, David and Victoria Beckham. A source close to the matter says, "They've tried to make peace, but every time they finally have a happy moment, it all falls apart again."

Brooklyn has also been absent from his father's birthday celebrations, citing "tensions between Brooklyn and Nicola and the family."
