KJ Smith, the actress known for her role in "Sistas," made a stunning appearance on the BET Awards 2025 red carpet, debuting her baby bump and accidentally revealing that she's expecting a baby girl.

Smith, 40, was glowing in a green gown with her hair pulled back into an elegant low bun. Her husband, Skyh Black, 37, opted for an all-black ensemble with sunglasses and necklaces to complete the look.

The parents-to-be posed on the red carpet for some PDA moments and hand-holding, with Smith revealing that she's experienced morning sickness and "all the cravings" - but said lasagna and French fries, specifically, didn't sit well with her.

"I have mom brain!" she said, defending herself. "To know that I'm going to be a girl dad ... I've bought so many things from 0-6 months that she's telling me to stop. I'm elated!" Smith added, "Every day is a new 'girl dad' t-shirt for him and her... he's like, 'Look what I got!'"

Do the couple have a name for their daughter all picked out? "Yes we do — and that I will keep secret!" Smith told PEOPLE.
