English singer Lily Allen has revealed her unconventional method of maintaining long-distance friendships, which involves ranking her friends in order of how much she likes them and scheduling FaceTime calls with her assistant.
During a recent episode of her podcast "Miss Me?" with cohost and BFF Miquita Oliver, Allen confessed that she creates lists of people she likes in order of how much she likes them and sends the list to her assistant to schedule FaceTime calls.

Oliver was audibly surprised by the revelation, jokingly asking "Where am I on that bloody list?" The pair laughed together, with Allen admitting that she may have been joking about her assistant scheduling FaceTimes, but Oliver acknowledged that it's not a terrible idea when distance plays a role in relationships.
The singer also joked that putting a price on their friendship has kept it going, suggesting that monetizing their friendship with their podcast has encouraged them to connect more often.
In related news, Allen recently thanked her friends and family who made her 40th birthday special amid "tricky circumstances" following her separation from actor David Harbour in February. [Read more: Nicole Kidman Opens Up About Filming Nine Perfect Strangers Season 2: 'I'm Tired and I'm Cold']
