Lindsay Lohan has had her fair share of iconic roles, and two of them stand out are her performances in The Parent Trap and Freaky Friday. In a recent TikTok interview with Elle, Lohan reflected on the challenges of each role and which one she found more difficult.
Lohan's Take on Playing Twins
Lohan, now 38, was only 12 when she played twins Annie and Hallie in The Parent Trap. She explained that playing twins didn't feel as difficult because she was younger" and "more free." Lohan added, "We tend to have more insecurities as adults when we're acting, and we overthink sometimes."
The Challenge of Switching Bodies with Jamie Lee Curtis
In Freaky Friday, Lohan's character Anna switches bodies with her mom, played by Jamie Lee Curtis. Lohan revealed that playing Jamie was more challenging because she had to adapt to a new persona and mannerisms. Curtis, on the other hand, got to play a younger, rebellious Anna.
Lohan's Upcoming Projects
Lohan is set to reunite with Curtis in the upcoming Freakier Friday, where she will reprise her role as Anna. The new movie promises to have more music, and Lohan has teased.
