Hilary Duff took to Instagram to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her album Breathe In. Breathe Out., joking that it wasn't a "major success."

In the post, Duff reflected on the album, which was released in 2015, and shared a series of photos from that time, including her "Coolio nails" and her affinity for Dubsmash, which "was clearly the precursor to TikTok lip syncs."

Duff also spoke about how much Britney Spears meant to her, saying "If it weren't for Britney I would have never wanted to be a pop star."

She also referenced her son Luca's obsession with the Disney Cars movie and how Breathe In. Breathe Out. brought her husband into her world.

"While Breathe In Breathe Out didn't have major success, there was still some work on the record that felt authentic," she wrote. "I see you all blaming yourselves on TikTok, not actually your fault (but really it was), just kidding, but don't let it happen again… next time."
