Nicole Scherzinger, the Tony Award-winning actress, surprised audiences at the 34th annual Broadway Bares fundraiser with a sultry performance of the Pussycat Dolls' hit song "Buttons."
The event, held at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, featured Scherzinger alongside her costars from Jamie Lloyd's revival of Sunset Blvd., using original Pussycat Dolls choreography. PEOPLE has exclusively debuted the video of the performance, which is sure to get hearts racing.

Dressed in a stunning black catsuit with sparkling fringe, Scherzinger, 46, looked every bit the superstar as she belted out the tune, even incorporating some clever lyric changes, including "Baby can't you see? / How this Tony is spinning on me / and the heat coming from this B / I'm about to blow, I don't think you know."
Broadway Bares, one of Broadway's most beloved benefits, raises money for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, a leading industry-based HIV/AIDS fundraising and grant-making organization. This year's show, titled Broadway Bares: Come Out, Come Out, presented a Wizard of Oz-inspired story and featured over 200 dancers, including leads Ehizoje Azeke, Tony d'Alelio, Michael Graceffa, and more.
The event has grown into a full-scale production featuring elaborate costumes, themed choreography, celebrity cameos, and dozens of Broadway performers who bare (almost) all in the name of a good cause. Since its humble beginnings as a spontaneous late-night strip show at a New York City bar, Broadway Bares has grown into a cornerstone of New York's theater community.
Other special guests at the event included Tony Award winner André De Shields, Tony winner J. Harrison Ghee, Bradley Gibson, Olivier Award winner Lesli Margherita, Tony winner Alex Newell, and RuPaul's Drag Race vet Peppermint.
Final donations are still being counted, but the 33rd edition of Broadway Bares topped the $2.4 million mark for the first time in its history. As of 2024, more than $28 million has been raised for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS from the benefit.
