Kel Mitchell's Kids Are His Biggest Fans, Says the 'Good Burger' Star

Kel Mitchell, the beloved star of the classic 90s sitcom 'Good Burger', has revealed that his kids are his biggest fans. In an exclusive chat with PEOPLE at the 2025 Kids' Choice Awards, Mitchell shared how his children feel about his fame.

"Oh yeah, they know instantly, or it's Game Shakers, because I play Double G in that. And they'll ask me to do a lot of that stuff too, as well," Mitchell said, referring to his kids' friends who ask for him when they come over.

The proud dad of four - Honor, Wisdom, Allure, and Lyric - admitted that his children don't get embarrassed by their dad's fame. In fact, they love it! "They cracked up. They're like my biggest fans," Mitchell said, before adding, "Wisdom, he's like my PR."

Mitchell's kids have even made appearances in his film, 'Good Burger 2', last July. The dad of four spoke to PEOPLE about his kids' acting careers, saying that their cameos were "for fun" and that he'll continue to support their acting careers if they end up wanting to follow in dad's footsteps.

"Well, you know what? It was for fun because they just enjoyed it and wowed the producers. You know what I mean?" Mitchell said. "So it was for fun, but if they want to continue to do it, I'll support them, but they got to want to do it."

Mitchell also dished out some advice to his kids, telling them to "have a good sense of self and faith." "And then they have a dad that has been through it so he can actually help them out through it all. But they got to love it," he added.
