Country singer LeAnn Rimes has shared a hilarious and relatable story about a dental malfunction that occurred during one of her recent shows.
In an Instagram video, Rimes revealed that her dental bridge fell out while she was singing "One Way Ticket" at The Skagit Casino Resort in Washington. She described the incident as "the most epic example of how the show must go on."
Rimes explained that she has had several dental surgeries and has a bridge in the front of her mouth, which fell out in the middle of her song. Instead of panicking, she chose to get real with the audience and pushed her teeth back in "every couple of lines" while continuing to sing.
"I was literally pushing my teeth in like every couple of lines and singing," she said. "It was the most epic experience ever. I don't usually have firsts in my career. That was a first and hopefully a last."
Rimes Warns Fans to Be Prepared for Future Mishaps
Before another performance, Rimes jokingly warned her fans: "The front row, get ready for something to fly out. If you catch them, please return them." She encouraged anyone who has to go through a mishap on stage to "just watch this video again, and it'll remind you that the show can go on even amid sheer utter embarrassment."
Rimes has proven that she can make a statement both on and off stage. At the 2025 ACM Awards, she wore a stunning nude-colored off-the-shoulder dress with sheer ruching, while her husband, Eddie Cibrian, wore an all-black ensemble.
