Mariska Hargitay Praises Taylor Swift as a 'Boss Lady' and Reveals What She Learned from Working with Her

Mariska Hargitay, the star of Law & Order: SVU, has nothing but praise for Taylor Swift, calling her a "boss lady" and revealing what she learned from working with the Grammy-winning singer on the set of Swift's "Bad Blood" music video.

In a recent appearance on the podcast Call Her Daddy, Hargitay shared her experience working with Swift, saying, "It was so fun. It's the best music video." She also recalled joining the cast at the MTV Video Awards the same year, saying, "That was the most fun, being in the squad with all the cool girls and supermodels. It was the most fun ever."

Hargitay praised Swift, saying, "She was just warm and smart and kind and such a boss lady." She added, "I learned so much from her. That's what I love about her is [that] she's so young, but she shows us in such beautiful ways how to be fearless and a boss lady."

Hargitay also joked about starring in another music video, saying, "If Tay Tay asked me. I'm hoping I'm standing by for Taylor. I only do Taylor Swift videos now." She added, "I've hit the big time."

The actress has previously expressed her admiration for Swift, saying, "I love Taylor Swift so much. I love what she stands for. I love her music. It's been an anthem for all ages. I think she is a magnificent creature on this planet and such an important cultural soul."

Hargitay and Swift have a long-standing friendship, and even named their cats after each other. Swift named her Scottish fold cat Olivia Benson after Hargitay's beloved Law & Order: SVU character, and Hargitay named her cat Karma after Swift's song from her Midnights album.
