Get ready for a wild ride as Netflix's new documentary anthology series "Trainwreck" takes you on a journey of bizarre events, disasters, and tragedies that dominated mainstream media.

The series, which premieres on June 10, will explore eight different stories, including the infamous 2013 "poop cruise" that left 4,000+ passengers and crew members stranded on a Carnival Triumph cruise ship with no power, refrigeration, lighting, air-conditioning, or functioning toilets.

A new trailer for the "poop cruise" episode, which premieres on June 24, includes actual footage from the scene of the crisis, as well as firsthand accounts from passengers who experienced the chaos.

"We were starting to smell urine," a voiceover says in the trailer over footage from inside the stranded cruise ship. "It was terrifying."

The series will also explore other events, including the 2021 AstroWorld Tragedy, the 2009 "Balloon Boy" case, and the 2019 attempt to "storm Area 51."

"Each week, tune in to a new story told from the perspective of those at the heartbeat of the chaos," an official Trainwreck synopsis reads. "Opening with the tragedy of the 2021 Astroworld Festival, the series then ranges from political scandals and media hoaxes to cult-like corporations and reality TV disasters."
