Warwick Davis, the actor who played the evil leprechaun in the 1993 horror movie Leprechaun, has revealed that his co-star Jennifer Aniston was genuinely scared of him on set. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Davis joked that Aniston's fear was "pretty real" due to his terrifying costume and intense chase scenes.

"Having me in that getup with the nails and everything, chasing her... It's got to have been pretty terrifying," Davis said.

The movie, which was panned by critics, has since become a cult classic, known for its silly horror elements and Aniston's early film debut. Davis recalled that Aniston was a "great actress" who had a special quality about her, even back then.

"I remember Jennifer, because I thought, 'Oh, she's definitely got something special about her.' You could tell she was gonna become a big star one day," he shared.

Aniston herself has spoken fondly of her experience on the film, calling it a "cult classic" and sharing that she watched it with her then-boyfriend Justin Theroux for "s--ts and giggles" in 2019.
