The NFL star quarterback, Josh Allen, is taking care of business this offseason. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Allen shares how his spring and summer have been par for the course, but one thing stands out - he got married to actress Hailee Steinfeld!
"I've golfed a lot," Allen tells PEOPLE. "I golfed at Augusta after the Masters. But I will mention that I did get married, and that was the most important part. Yeah, it's been a good offseason."
Allen and Steinfeld, 28, walked down the aisle on Saturday, May 31 in an outdoor ceremony in front of family and friends, including his Bills teammates and Curb Your Enthusiasm alum Larry David.

On Tuesday, June 17, Allen shared photos of his "wifey" in an Instagram post featuring a Polaroid-style collage of moments seemingly from their tropical honeymoon.
Now, with a new ring on his finger, Allen is continuing his chase for Super Bowl hardware. After coming up short en route to the big game, losing to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship last season, the signal-caller is candid about his mindset - and what needs to happen for the team and their beloved Bills Mafia to get to the next level.
Allen shares, "I think I kind of found myself last year having some very real talks with a lot of veteran leadership... Once the ball's in the air, once it leaves my hand, there's nothing I can do. So the only thing that I can do is continue to work hard, continue to try to lead and be the best version of myself."
He continues, "Sometimes the ball rolls the other way, and that's just the nature of the business that we're in. But again, there's still a lot of things that we can do, whether it's working out in the offseason and developing that team chemistry and going into training camp ready to go."
Allen adds, "So all I'm trying to do is play the best football that I can play and try to help my team and put us in good situations to win football games. And number one goal is to make the playoffs and give yourselves a chance. And then from then on, it's you got to play the best that we can play."
