Christa Miller, who stars as Liz on Shrinking, echoed Lawrence's sentiment, teasing, "Liz is having a relationship with some icon, an unnamed icon, that we shot last week that was the most fun and will be fabulous. I can't wait for everyone to see that."

Michael J. Fox is making his return to on-camera acting since his retirement in 2020 due to his struggles with Parkinson's. Fox was initially supposed to do only one episode, but he had such a great time that he ended up doing more. "It's been great and he was only supposed to do one [episode] and he had so much fun," Miller shared.

Lawrence also opened up about reuniting with Fox after working together on Spin City. "It wasn't really about the show, and I wish I could tell you it was," he admitted. "But for me to have essentially started my career with Mike and to see him on set again and to be talking to him between takes about jokes to do or things to try, or watching him ad-lib things and then afterwards when it's on TV, I'll get to take credit for it."
